During a first non-binding meeting, we establish together a first approach to what you want. We present the wedding project to you with the service providers that we have selected according to your wishes: reception location , catering, decoration, DJ, lighting/sound, floral decoration... according to a respected wedding budget.

Hiring a Wedding Planner for your wedding means taking advantage of both the preparations, while letting us take care of its organization and the budget. We will be present on the day of your event to check that it goes smoothly. this and to coordinate each service provider.

Coordinate the progress of the ceremonies (religious, secular, at the town hall), verification of the procession, management of the exit from the ceremonies, reception and management of guests, coordination between service providers (photographer, caterer, DJ, florist, etc.) during the preparations and the Day D (tram of the day and follow-up).
Ensure the good proceedings and the setting up the decoration (installation at the reception venue, display of tables, chairs, buffet and ceremony).
